The White Knights for Justice            Your community carers

Why the White Knights for Justice?

We are just that to protect peoples rights and obtain Justice.

The name conjures up images of Knights fighting for King and country to overcome oppression and tyranny acting as guardians of the laws of the land –‘The White Knight’ is in part mythical from medieval times.  White symbolises purity  ‘Knight’ loyalty, bravery and honesty  and saviours of the realm.-Today  being a White Knight is perceived as a rescuer and doing good in the community.

Why was the White Knights organisation  formed?

It was decided to establish an organisation which could represent victims of injustices who had been deprived of receiving recognition, compensation and justice. There had to be a better way than the existing system.

In many cases the legal system is unaffordable, complex with long delays with long court waiting lists. In our adversarial system ‘games’ are played  by the solicitors and barristers. Those with the money can afford the best legal minds those without are disadvantaged. To get the  Regulatory Bodies to even have a look at the matter is another hurdle to overcome where their resources are limited or the matter doesn’t come under their jurisdiction resulting in the victim being passed from one  department to another -Time and time again cases are dropped by the victims out of sheer frustration and the drain on their savings.

A crime inflicted whether it’s criminal or civil has a profound affect on victims’ well- being and future –many would like to take the law into their own hands if they had the means.

The public expects to have their rights protected.

 Who are the White Knights?

When the organisation was introduced in 1992 it attracted considerable media attention followed by public support .and recognition due to it’s uniqueness  and a possible solution to protect those who have been harmed -.It was intended to create an air of mystery operating covertly and still does to this day.-concentrating on the element of surprise.

It’s members maintain a code of silence and do not make any disclosures  about it’s operations and numbers of members involved and names of it’s personnel .It is an unknown force and will remain that way.

The operation  is based on SAS (Special Air Service Regiment) disciplines of which the White Knights founder was a member for a number of years.- the training and tactics dealing with all situations are essential to prevent intimidation and abuse in all it’s forms.  Each member is given an operation manual – Each  member is hand-picked and trained to cope and resolve matters- It's first approach is through mediation.

The White Knights has no religious or political affiliations and remains totally independent. Over the years it has built a network of professionals who are well versed in the law, security, investigation, accounting, counselling, medical practitioners arbitrators and mediators. These services are only one call away.

Every effort is made to assist the regulatory bodies which in itself can save the tax payer considerable time and money.

The White Knights work closely with the media and have contributed many stories which have been shown on the TV channels and in newspaper print. It has it’s own camera crew.

 Is the organisation effective?

Yes! and affordable because it’s hands-on  fronting -up to seek face to face interviews with the perpetrators and decision makers regardless of their position in society by:-

  • Forming action groups

  • Exerting pressure on the Authorities to act

  • Lobbying and petitioning Government bodies and members

  • Offer options.

  • Encourage self litigation

  • Obtain professional advice from specialists

  • Accompany clients when attending court

  • Organise demonstrations

  • Conduct street marches

Nobody wishes to be exposed on camera and in the newspapers, but as a last resort with the victims permission can achieve the desired results.

Publicity

Liason  with the media to expose criminal and civil activities

The White Knights have introduced a means for the public to express their opinions and suggestions on this Blog page independent of the media - If there is a case which is factual and in the public interest it will with the victims permission, publish the case details worldwide.

No longer will cases be held back by editors or the threat of litigation.

If it’s in the public interest and it’s factual then there is no reason not to go to air if done responsibly.

Our responsibilities

Under the Charter the aims are considerable:-

Where the White Knights become the ‘frontline troops’ putting their necks on the line acting as the victims carers to prevent any incrimination.

The Founder has counselling experience and is a member of a number of charities and associations and understands what the public needs.

Our general aim is that of the SAS philosophy of ‘Winning hearts and minds’ by defusing volatile situations.

How are the White Knights rewarded for their services?

There are no sponsorships or grants received so there is no bias and the organisation remains transparent.

There are no set fees; contributions are sought to suit the clients financial circumstances- where there is extreme hardship contributions are waived and left to the victims as to whether they wish to pay at a later date - Each case is based on it’s merits and nobody is ever turned away. No commissions are sought or any time restrictions imposed.

This policy allows a client a fighting chance with options never received before. The objective in the first instance is to reduce the trauma and  reassure the victims that they are no longer alone.
